I am a Griffith University Student in my final year of my Bacehlor of Digital Media Degree, Majoring in 3Dimensional Design.

 

I’m very interested in designing for human ability and sustainability. This can be seen in my own volunteer project the ‘EXO-ARM’ this design is not only about restoring ability from disability, but the emotional and mental impact design can have on people and society.

 

This is the area of design I find very interesting, designing for empathy and empowerment not just in a physical sense but mentally and emotionally. Design has made me realise the impact you can have on an individual’s life and societies, where through one smart clever design you can hugely impact a person’s life for better or sometimes for worse.

Design has made me feel empowered to know that I can make a difference and help improve individuals lives or social groups, where the only limitations is what we believe can be possible.
